 Enroll as a Member and use your new member card to obtain exclusive benefits with any of our current Providers.  Simple?  Yep.

  When we sign on a physician, medical spa, dentist, or any other type of provider – it is because they are among the best in practice, quality, and ethics. All Elite Cosmetique Providers are required to complete an enrollment verification process, covering credentials, licenses, and practice history.

Our Guarantee

 It is our goal to provide our Members with superior benefits and service. If you are not 100% satisfied, for any reason, please contact an Elite Cosmetique, LLC Member Services Representative at(Toll Free) and we promise to courteously and promptly address your concerns. If you are still not 100% satisfied, we will promptly refund your membership fee.

Guarantee Terms: To obtain a membership fee refund, you must contact one of our Member Service Representatives at(Toll Free) within 30 days of commencement of your membership and prior to obtaining any products or services from any Elite Cosmetique, LLC contracted Provider.
